State 3A Div. I Championship Game at Ford

Waco Robinson v Liberty-Eylau at 6 p.m. this Saturday at 6 p.m. at Ford Stadium.

Waco Robinson defeated Ingleside, 62-21 to advance to the state championship game. Liberty-Elyau defeated Canyon 36-20 to advance to the state title game.

The Liberty-Eylau v Canyon game was marred with nearly 200 yds. in penalties on both teams including six personal fouls on the Liberty-Eylau Leopards and players from both teams being ejected from the semi-final game. Liberty-Eylau coach Pat Brady labeled the Canyon Eagles as the 'dirtiest' team his school has ever played.

I was hoping for more playoff games at Ford this year!
Sports, and all that implies.
