You see, Chase will be graduating this Spring from Texas State and still has one year of eligibility left. Being as he has graduated he can transfer up and not sit out a year. Yes, he has only one year left but as the past shows he is pretty adept to the system and has had some success. Who knows, maybe so and maybe no.

Bomar coming from a Division 1A school never established his one year residency at his new Division 1A school so he would have to sit out. This is different from a Division 1AA player simply transferring to a Division 1A school. I thought they changed that rule too anyway.

Well, if he stays ONE year at SHSU then doesn't he ESTABLISH his residency?
