Did you see that Carson Palmer voted for his brother for the Heisman? He's not the best QB in CUSA, even CUSA West (Kolb, Willis, Smith -- take your pick) or in the Mountain Time Zone (BYU's Beck).

I know blood's thicker than water, but Carson should have his Heisman voting priviledge revoked. That's embarrassing.

His mom probably made him.

"Carson! You will vote for your little brother! He's having a really hard time adjusting to big boy defenses and you need to make him feel special."

I saw Carson P quoted somewhere on this, too. Said he voted for Jordan first, followed by Troy Smith, Darren McFadden, etc.

He's allowed to vote for whomever he wants. He won the f-ing trophy. Why is that such a big deal?

Because Jordan shouldn't be allowed to watch it on TV, much less get a vote. Don't get me wrong, he's a strong kid with some talent, but would Carson even know who he is if they didn't have the same parents? No.

Ok, I'm not really following you here...I don't think anyone should be banned from watching the Heisman trophy award ceremony on TV.... :?

Maybe not. But Carson knew his one vote wouldn't be the swing in this Heisman year. Everyone knew Troy Smith would win in a landslide anyway. Why not vote for your little brother? It's not like Jordan was some 3rd string long snapper on the scout team....
