abundance of tight ends, abundance of running backs, two or three decent receivers....
Ladies and Gentleman, may I propose we run the I formation?

enough with the rational thought.. perhaps we should run the flexbone
What we obtain too cheap.. we esteem too lightly. It is persistence alone that gives everything its value.

Doesn't Burley have a long way to go in the weightroom too to play WR at the Division 1A level much less TE-he had very poor strength numbers in high school for even a Tuba player.

ANSWER: Justin Willis. Burley is coming from 2A-it just not to same as kids that played in larger classifications and the success rate I gurantee you goes down with each successive level of football. That being said and If Burley can gain at a minimum 30 pounds and strength then he still has some talent. This was the quandry when Burley signed-questionable speed for WR and questionable sttrength and weight for TE. He is kinda of a tweener. Scout had him running 4.69 in high school at barely 200 pounds.

Get Kenard to share his dinner once in a while, and the younger Burley might be able to put on a lot of size and strength.
Rise up, Mustang Nation!
Go SMU!
