Good news. Completely new St. Augustine sod has been laid the length of Bishop Blvd. Must have cost a small fortune.

Now if they can get all the sidestreets repaved in time, then we might be good to go.

Hey,XXOO, or Chicken little, the sky in't falling. The side streets have been done and will be opened for traffic soon. The BLVD. will be better than ever.

As always, SMU has the MOST BEAUTIFUL campus in Texas....if not the South. And it is just getting better!!!

Maybe I should have said "opened" as opposed to repaved. Sorry, but I've had the horrible adventure of walking around construction on Binkley since before school opened, and, while progress has been extraordinarily slow, it was nice seeing it paved as of two days ago. Some work still needs to be done, but I'm sure it will be finished so you folks can go and party.

And yes, the boulevard is MUCH nicer and I am thoroughly excited to not have to worry about where I'm stepping when I'm walking down it.
