Ty Detmer and Andre Ware ('90 and '89) were the last two winners from non-BCS schools. Marshall Faulk ('92) was the last runner-up from a non-BCS school.

The team has to do very well and Justin has to have a record setting year, with strong soph and junior years as well to gain momentum, like McFadden at Arkansas.

you can't really bring in ware, detmer, and faulk being that they played way before the bcs era....before the bcs, everyone had a chance to win the heisman, no matter what conference you play in.

Its possible but in order for it to happen we would have to win all our games for the next 3 years.

That is simply not true. I think there are definitely areas he will need to improve upon but he is without any debate at all one of the top 3 or 4 signal callers in our conference. And you could even make a case for him being the best even as a Soph. That is a good QB, not merely adequate at best. Give credit where credit is due.
