UAB's punter takes the snap and runs to his right, and then hits sort of a sidewinder-style punt. A couple of them have been short, and one of them went about 10 yards before settling in the stands.

I think UAB only had about 48 scholarship players for spring practice. That's from memory but they've had some big turnover. They were expected to be bottom dwellers this year. East Carolina on the other hand looks pretty darn athletic especially since their starting QB is on suspension. Very impressed with the athleticism on Defense.
