This is a football board, and we've got a three page thread about a what's wrong with the fricking songs the band played. I am sure threads like this instill all kinds of fear in our opponents. Just get over it already. If you don't like the songs, go out to the concourse and harass the security people for twenty minutes.

You gotta admit, our band is a hot-button issue.

Maybe their next hafltime show will be the theme song from the CBS 1970s comedy "One Day at a Time''

Hot button issue? For some, obviously. To me our band is just a bunch of folks playing instruments and marching in patterns. And they do that fine as far as I am concerned.

It's hot button if this thing is on its third page and has nearly 1,000 views.

I know what you're saying, but I want our band to deliver great peformances. They just stunk up the joint on Labor Day. But I guess they were better last week.

Some of us don't exactly have the means to do this and are reacting simply to what we've heard second hand.

A little irresponsible, I know, but hey, this IS the internet...

Well, I just don't get that, what with the constant stream of constructive criticism and informed feedback.
I'm sure the dude doesn't take the approach of "If it's on Ponyfans, it's CRAP!!!" but I'm sure it's a safer bet to say "ignore that" than to spend his days sifting through the muck to find a nugget of truth or good feedback.
