Media on Tues? Does he talk about being handcuffed in recruiting?
i hope he bashes the administration... he won't because he has too much class, but it would be great. hopefully the Big O realizes the coach is only a fraction of the problem...

It is obvious the coaches could not recruit on the same playing field as the competition. Things appear to have gotten better over the years but improvement still needs to be made. Coach Bennett did not complain about it when he was hired and said SMU had the talent to win now. It did not happen. Having 2 qbs quit on him in one season really hurt him. Bennett will see another day and so will SMU. I still dream of a winning season and bowl game. Hopefully my dreams will come true in the near future....Pony Up!

Orsini said in today's DMN, everything is in place at SMU to win. I agree.

Not talking about winning the National title. I think he was talking about being a winning program. 8-4, etc.; competing/winning C-USA.

I think we can win right now as is, but without some changes, it would be hard to win consistently
