Only differnce is that Gill is winning as a head coach, at possibly the worst D1 football school in the country. He may win the MAC this year, if he does this I am not sure we will have a chance.

What type of offense does he run.

He is turning around Buffalo which was one of the worst division one programs before his arrival. Seems like he is close to going to a bowl game or two there. Would be surprised if he would leave to take over another one of the worst division one programs. However, I would imagine SMU pays more than Buffalo. Certainly an interesting name. Would he bring in his former player Ramon Flanigan as his OC?
