Billy Joe we know he is not the next Joe Montana. That is why he is at SMU playing QB and not at some big 12 school playing corner or safety. He wanted to play QB and SMU was one of the places that would give him the opportunity. Stats: Comp. 183 #34, (How many dropped balls?) Att. 311 #29, (We don't throw enough) Pct. 58.8 #45, (drops) Yds. 2292 #28, (Not bad when everyone knows you can't run the ball) Yds per pass 7.4 #36, TD 17 #32, Int 12 #20, Sacks 21 #26, ( And we say he runs too much) Rating 131.1 #45. He is also the leading rusher on the team? These are damn good numbers for a TEAM this bad. He could start at half the big 12 schools. Look at Colt McCoys #'s, pityful.
