SMU would be more in line with California thinking then in Texas. Maybe a coach would like to go to CA. rather than Texas. Not going to happen. Just had my neighbor over and looked at old SMU films. SMU vs Texas. Why is SMU even playing UCF. This thing has gotten so haywire. You will accept a former Tulsa coach for this team? SMU has as much or more $ than Arizona St. Why would they get a coach that can't get Louisville to win. Whoever keeps the Bowden thing alive is absolutely right. He/she is right. CUSA $ is not the standard SMU should try to emulate. SMU should pay the same $ that Texas pays. The same as ASU pays or USC..........
