a well-liked, hard-working YOUNG MAN who just fathered a child and was, from all accounts, turning his life around. even if he wasn't - let's say FOR EXAMPLE that he was running a drug ring and spitting in multiple people's faces - does he deserve to be shot in his bed while he slept?
