productivity losses

Postby Pony Soup » Thu Nov 29, 2007 11:55 am

Can you estimate the reduction in your productivity since we firedphil? I urge Steve Orsini to take notice at the severe effects this is having not only on us as individuals but, more importantly, on the entire US economy. At this rate, if we dont announce a coach soon, most of Dallas won't be able to afford tickets and any worthwhile candidates will demand to be paid in Euros!

I estimate that I spend 2.5-3 hours a day now worrying about this and lose at least 90 minutes of sleep each night wondering what tomorrow might bring!

This is predicated on the assumption that we were productive before Phil was fired. One could argue that there has been no noticeable reduction in the Ponyfans.com fans' productivity.

Our meager interested is nothing compared to others. The entire state of Arkansas has shut down while the beloved Razorbacks await an announcement. Does one realize what that does to the nation's moonshine productivity? Now that is real economic loss.

I argue that the entire states of both Arkansas and Nebraska could disappear and the economy wouldn't skip a beat. Now remove the families of SMU's Phi Delt chapter....SERIOUS PROBLEMS...

So you dismiss the economic premise that we have a Wal-Mart economy? One should consider that if Wal-Mart is shut down, then there will be a lot less blue plastic bags stuck in the fences of West Texas. And that would destroy the visual appeal of west Texas. Without Wal-Mart, there would be no pretty colors in the west Texas landscape. Just one more reason that the world needs Arkansas to name a coach and soon.
