Paul Johnson was just on Rivals Radio

I turned on my Sirius this morning and immediately heard Paul Johnson. Nice interview but they didn't directly ask about the job rumors. They just asked him if it was nice to have his name in the rumors each year, and he said yes it's better than the contrary case, and he said it's a credit to his staff.

Then after the interview, the radio hosts said that Johnson might be going to SMU, and he would be a great fit there.
