JUST FLIPPIN' HIRE SOMEONE, ANYONE!!!!!!!! There are unemployed coaches waiting for the phone to ring. Call them, get them on board, get our kids and potential recruits excited and be done with it. Heck, I'd even take Stallion's first grade teacher at this point. She probably TAUGHT him the model.
