Could it be?

Postby Argyle Pony » Tue Dec 18, 2007 7:52 am

Could it be that Brian Kelly from Cinncinnati will be named on Monday after their bowl game this coming Saturday? He is so unhappy in the situation there. We could do worse and he may be the best available if he is available to us. Just a thot...durn aren't we looking in all the cracks...Love to see you tonite at Mustangs Basketball game....Go Mustangs!!!

If he comes here, I will be ecstatic. He did a great job at CMU and now is doing a good job with Cincy. However, I think he will stay at UC for at least another year, then move on to a bigger and better opportunity.

He might be a good fit because he doesn't look old.

Kelly, Cincy agree to extension.

Cincinnati coach Brian Kelly agreed to terms on a new five-year contract.
The new deal voids the remaining four years on Kelly's current contract. He'll receive a guaranteed salary between $1.2 million and $1.35 million over the next five years as well as performance-based incentives, the school said.
