All things considered?

Way back in October, when they canned PB, and we all started to talk about who we were going to get....Terry Bowden, Applewhite, Neuheisel, etc etc...if someone had said June Jones would you have said hell yeah?

Can't say that I'd have said hell yeah then...or now.

I can say that we suck. And I just quit watching the Orange Bowl because I can't stomach watching KU in it knowing that every day I walk by a framed panoramic view of GJF from September 2000 when we jumped out ahead of those guys 24-0 on our way to a win to open the place.

Maybe SO's plan was to whip us into submission just so that we'd be happy with any coach.

whats one of the top goals for every football program? thats GO UNDEFEATED.

theres only 3 college coaches that have taken a nonBCS team to an undefeated mark. One is the head coach at Florida now and the other two are still for the time being at those nonBCS schools.

whats are goal as a program? get back to winning games and we need a coach that can do so.

we can do all the talk about how he turned around UH into a football powerhouse but when it comes down to it, hes taken a nonBCS team to the 2nd biggest game in college.

JJ is a WOW hire for this program (but WOW doesnt exsist). weve offered the job to him and i hope he takes it.

if hes the next coach, the it was worth the wait.

I think @ this point my reaction will be WOW, they finally hired somebody.

I will support whoever is hired. Its just a shame Gary Barnett wasn't hired a couple of months ago & today all we would be talking about is what a great job of recruiting he's doing.
