It seems after one month as the DC at Arkansas that Ellis Johnson has left for South Carolina. They should have kept Reggie Herring, he was pretty good.

Can't say that I blame him. Which would you want to be associated with, a or a pig?
Had to use the image cause the board censor finds the South Carolina offical mascot offensive.

If that pig was headed to the Whole Hog Cafe, I would want the pig.

I would think that an OC or DC position at Arkansas would be a great job for a coach. you know you're going to be in-line for the HC job in 10-15 months when Petrino jumps ship.
Ok this is getting ridiculous...I agree with Dutch on THIS ONE POST by him totally

I guess he didn't plan that far ahead.

Reggie was great in the Cotton Bowl.

He was head coach in the Cotton Bowl. Another coach handled the defense. He spent all of his time politicing for the HC job.

Arkyland's DC during the Cotton Bowl was Louis Campbell. Coach Campbell coached the SMU secondary during Ron Meyer's gig.

Any reason you have limited it to good coaches?

Campbell was a good coach and left SMU to coach under Bear Bryant. Pretty tough to dismiss that opportunity.
