That's the Mayor's Cup which was awarded to SMU following their win over Rice in 2005 by a score of 27-7 on November 5, 2005. That's the only year that SMU won both the Iron Skillet (awarded to the winner of the SMU v TCU game) and the Mayor's Cup (awarded to the winner of the SMU v Rice game).
