1st day of spring practice question

Does anyone know what usually goes on on the first day of spring practice? Do they do a bunch of fundamentals and learning the system, lots of conditioning, something else?
Those who complain about a problem are simply wasting time they could use to fix it.

Potential is nothing, performance is everything.

I imagine it will involve a lot of throwing and catching.
