That was the kicker, according to Coach Southern (former Marshall High School coach). If Smart could gain significant weight w/o losing speed, he'd play a solid LB in college. We'll see, but I am encouraged by the progress.

I think 220 was his weight upon arrival here & that he's grown some. Seems like he'd make a great outside LB.

It will be interesting to see how the 1st team offense and defense changes between now and the spring game, heck it'll probably change more over the summer and fall as the new signess start to show up

Yenga was actually around 210 when he got to SMU. Vic Viloria said he's up to about 225 now.

Justin Smart said he's tipping the scales at around 235.

Anthony Sowe is now listed at 240. He sure looks a lot stronger than when he arrived.
