Thank you all for taking the time to post a message to my family and me this past week on my mother's passing. Your messages mean a lot & are greatly appreciated.

Mom was a GREAT Mustang and loved the school dearly. She attended SMU and returned to work there for 30+ years, retiring in 2004.

Mom loved to sing and I believe one of the first songs she sang upon reaching Heaven was probably "Varsity".

I can't begin to tell you just how sorry that I am for You and Your family. You are in my prayers and will be for some time. May the Lord surround you with his mighty Love and give you comfort. God Bless You all.

As you may know I am Bobby and Vincent Chase Grandmother. They are out of town this week-end and I will tell them about your lost. They are prayer warriors and I know they would want to know so they can pray for you and your family. Our hearts go out to you.

BRING BACK THE GLORY DAYS OF SMU FOOTBALL!!!

For some strange reason, one of the few universities that REFUSE to use their school colors: Harvard Crimson & Yale Blue.
