The only downer is that with DirectTV do get some channels that you might need to block in the regular spectrum like Logo and the 1000 shopping channels.

As long as you get Oxygen and Lifetime you're set, right?

Is it correct to state that CBS CS is only available through one of the satellite services (Dish Direct or Direct TV), and is NOT available through Time Warner cable or over air broadcast?

FYI: Whether satellite technically beams a signal through the atmosphere or not, the term "over air broadcast" refers to a terrestrially broadcast standard def or high def signal.

Again, I have Time Warner and I have CBSCS. However it' only - currently - in standard def. I have called Time Warner, but I have nothing to report on when they will offer it in Hi-Def.

If I had to guess, though, Time Warner will probably work something out before the season starts. Or might do a split thing like they do with Versus and the Golf Channel.
