Controversy - too early?

Quarterback Controversy: There, somebody said it.

Can't begin to express my disappointment. Will the spread on the TTech game be 100 pts.?

"A running QB can be great, look at Vince Young."

"First of all, when Willis wasn't completing passes last year, his only
option was to run or get his head knocked off due to poor OLine
play(It wasn't a lack of trust in his OLine it was a reality as to how
often they caved in). "

Under Tom Rossley, our last run n shoot coach, he realized scrambling
running was Ramon Flannigan's great gift like Roger Staubach. He even
put in a QB draw play. Ramon is a record setter for SMU offense.

June Boy is sounding like a one trick pony who wants to retire in 5
years.

I wasn't expecting much from the OLine this year, but the protection was very good. Can't fault them.

Protection was good but it was Rice for goodness sakes and we still can't run block anyone.

I don't know about that. The gimmick running plays -- like several of the shovel passes to Martin -- seemed to be sniffed out by the defense. I attribute that to good work by Rice watching Hawaii film. The one honest to goodness running play I recall (where the BLM handed the ball off to Martin) went for 8 or so.

I'm going to watch it again in Slo Mo, but as I recall the blocking was pretty solid. I hear you, it was only Rice, but did they get any sacks? I remember the one fumble, but that was because BLM bobbled the snap.

We will be lucky to beat Texas State. Seriously. Worst defense I have ever seen.
Back off Warchild seriously.
