I'm sure Navy coaches are praying for wind and rain, not conducive for the run and shoot.

Rain is not real good for a pitch and cut either. The wind will be the deciding factor.

so does that mean the game could come down to the kickers?

It means if it is real windy, many QBs do not fair well. Some can handle it. Hixson was very good in a windy game (better without wind). Surprisingly to many, he was much better into the wind than with the wind. He could throw hard enough to offset the head on wind but did more overthrows with the wind. Do not know how Bo will handle a heavy wind should it occur.

Of course if it is windy and rainy the kicking game (all special teams for that matter) could be a big factor.

Since you're right on the Bay wind does whip up at times. It can get real windy in Annapolis and with a low pressure systems moving through it could be windy.

Now it's down to 60% chance, hi 67, "scattered T-storms/wind."

The weather continues to remain bad news for the game. The NE has had great weather for virtually all September and October and the only day with a dismal forcast is Saturday. TV stations in the NE are really following the weather as the Phillies are scheduled to host the 3d game of the World Series Saturday evening. Current forcast is overcast all day with showers in the morning turning to very heavy rain and gusty winds in the late afternoon. Gulf front is quick moving and moves out Sunday early. GBring your rain gear and prepare accordingly.
