Is there a designated "Loud" section?

Last night I was at the Caps game and I heard someone rip the ref in a way I've never heard before. "Hey Ref, are you pregnant? You've missed the last two periods." The whole section was laughing. At SMU the guy probably would have been hauled out of the stands.

Yes, but for not knowing that football games are in quarters instead of periods. And he should be.
