Actually, you're allowed six letters...such as p-o-n-i-e-s. :lol:


Oh I know, but like I said I didn't like the spacing, plus someone already had it spelled the "i-e-s" way. And it looks like the "i-e-s" is still taken as of today. See link below.

I figured that was the case.
SMU's first president, Robert S. Hyer, selected Harvard Crimson and Yale Blue as SMU's colors to symbolize SMU's high academic standards. We are one of the few Universities to have school colors with real meaning...and we just blow them off.
