still thinking about making this road trip. UAB doesn't enjoy a large fan following. Time not announced but I assume this will be a night game. Wonder how may SMU faithful will make that trip?

This is my least favorite venue for CUSA football; it’s a long drive from Dallas about 9 hours. The Stadium makes Rice look like Jerry’s world. Very limited crowds.


Enough said. If you want to go to this game I recommend flying from DFW you can get air round trip for$140.00 rental car $30.00 Hotel Room $100.00 Not a bad little over nighter for under $300.00. I have done it twice following UCF.

AA for 168 they run it all the time but the latest flight is aug 14 th just watch the fare
