A Celebration Of The Life Of Frank Gansz Set For June 5th



May 8, 2009


DALLAS (SMU) - A Celebration of the Life of former SMU assistant coach Frank Gansz has been scheduled for 11 a.m., June 5th at Alumni Hall on the grounds of the U.S. Naval Academy in Annapolis, Md. Gansz, who coached in both the college and pro ranks, passed away April 27th at the age of 70.


Parking will be available at the Navy-Marine Corps Memorial Stadium, located less than one mile from Alumni Hall. Shuttle bus service between the Stadium and Hall will be available.

Thanks for posting, I was wondering when something
would be announced. Had hoped for some type of Dallas
service, but understand and respect the family's decision.

We're sure gonna miss ya Coach.....Rest In Peace.

There was a team and support staff only memorial service in Dallas last Sunday.
