good news on McConico

He's eligible and will be wearing #5. I assume he will be out there when practice resumes on Monday although I haven't heard for sure. Credit Dan Morrison for doing a lot of hard work to get this done. I believe that he will help us at some point this season. Another speed burner that could be a weapon on special teams and eventually as an every down player on defense.

To my understanding Coach Ross should also get some kudos on this one as well. Stallion's new admissions model has passed another test.

This was great news yesterday, the word is that Baylor, and A&M were offering, and a couple of other BCS schools were very interested in him as well.

Great news on McConico. After watching this guy on video last winter, on his Rivals page, I can't understand why Rivals didn't rate him a 3 Star. He should be a solid player for us in the future.

Can we realistically expect him to contribute this season? I guess corner is so instinctive he wouldn't have a lot of adjusting to make except for the obvious things like the speed of the game.
