Washington State 30, Southern Methodist 27 (OT) --

Nico Grasu kicked a 39-yard field goal in overtime as the Cougars overcame a 24-13 deficit in the third quarter. The Mustangs had the ball first in overtime, but Bo Levi Mitchell had a pass intercepted.

Doesn't sound nearly as bad after reading this.

The last time Washington and Washington State won on the same weekend: Sept. 8, 2007. Washington defeated Boise State, 24-10; Washington State downed San Diego State, 45-17.
