Maybe the jury is out on how well we can move the ball on TCU. Traditionally they are strong defensively and have good stats but look at their competition. TxSt. (tough to calibrate) UVa #111 in total O and Clemson #94 in total O while we are #26. Granted we have played against poor defenses so the jury is out on our offense this year as well.
Go Ponies!! Beat whoever it is we are playing!! @PonyGrad

How dare you say that we might have a chance against TCU? They are a great team and we are the worst team in the world. Fire June Jones! Fire Orsini! Fire Lisa Seifert because the Volleyball team sucks too! Fire everyone!

Seriously, though, I don't expect us to score more than maybe two touchdowns...maybe.

While I fully expect a Ft Worth beatdown for us, one thing sticks in my mind as a possible ray of hope. Anyone watch the highlights of the Clemson game? Clemson's lone highlight was where one of their WR got behind the secondary and was practically wide open when the qb hit him on a long pass. WR was run down from behind, but looked like the kind of play I could see AR or ES making.
Hopefully it's not our only score in a 47-7 thumping.

Hopefully BLM delivers the pass accurately.

That was CJ Spiller, one of the top RBs in the country, and he was being covered by a LB, which is why he was able to get open.

not that it matters, but if you were to line up McNeal vs Spiller, I don't know that it would be a runaway for Spiller. Still think TCU thumps us, Maloney.

TCU has had an excellent fb program for a number of years, started with Franchione, but the June Jones run and shoot can score on anyone. Win the turn over column, score on turn over opportunities, SMU has a chance to win regardless how both D do. Last team with the ball has the chance to win. Got to Believe. I hope Bo gets rid of his glove and sleeve, focus on the game, strut after SMU becomes a consistent winner.
