Most of the time, but the correct spelling for "their" is t-h-e-i-r. Why it doesn't follow the general rule is beyond me...it just doesn't.

The 'i before e' tradition changed on 'their' because T Boone Pickens and his wife wanted it that way....one tradition at a time .......
