Dallas Watch Party Options?Unfortunately couldn't make it down to Houston this weekend. Anybody have a beat on a good watching party? I'm saw the post here about Fox and Hound, but the watching parties there in the past have been lackluster and I was hoping for something more central.

Re: Dallas Watch Party Options?Go to Lakewood's 1st & 10. we're planning on a decent crowd of Mustangs.
If you're unfamiliar w/ the location it's at the NorthEast corner of Mockingbird and Abrams. www.1stand10dallas.com Ok this is getting ridiculous...I agree with Dutch on THIS ONE POST by him totally
Re: Dallas Watch Party Options?Support an SMU alum...Pete Zotos...St. Pete's Dancing Marlin...downtown, off of Commerce. I am Houston bound in a few minutes...GO PONIES!!
Re: Dallas Watch Party Options? What time are people getting there? I am thinking about getting there around 6 or so to make sure I get a seat.

Re: Dallas Watch Party Options? With the Horns playing at virtually the same time, I would definitely suggest an SMU friendly bar like the two mentioned above....anywhere else you may have a hard time getting a TV turned to SMU.

Re: Dallas Watch Party Options?I'm going to do first and ten, be there around 6. Would love to go to St. Petes, it's closer, but what kind of atmosphere would that be? Unless it was an organized deal, I fear I'd be the only SMU fan there.

Re: Dallas Watch Party Options?thanks for going w/ 1st & 10 over other establishments in town. we had 3 of our 4 big TVs on the SMU game. go Mustangs.

Re: Dallas Watch Party Options?I had a good time. Haven't been there since it changed from Bailey's. Great staff, drinks were solid, good TV's and good SMU crowd. I'd go back to watch a SMU game. Only complaint would be lack of volume on TV, but it's rare that you can hear a game at a bar.
