I think the one thing most scouts are still waiting on for Padron is whether he has a major league arm-can he zip the passes at a college level which is why a redshirt year would have been nice. A high percentage of his passes seemed to float the other nite. The guy was physically frail when he signed with SMU-I know he has added some strength since but he still needs physically maturity. Good mobility, nice technique. There is a big upside with Padron if he develops quality arm strength.

Remember the Tulane game last year? Receivers were dropping everything in the first half.
