Cotton went to my old highschool and attended with my youngest brother. Nice kid but he is not a bonafide D1 QB. Pretty small, probably 5'10-5'11 and not a big arm. In fact I am pretty sure he is a walkon at UH. They had a scholarship backup but allowed him to transfer to Sam Houston St. bc he was unhappy being a backup. HUGE dropoff for UH if Keenum went down. they do have a 4 star QB/athlete coming in this next season.
