First Title Game for Ford Stadium

Postby Stallion » Thu Dec 10, 2009 4:01 pm

The Texas 3A Division 1 Title Game. this is about the 5-6th big high school game this year. Looks like Ford is starting to be a popular alternative to Jerry World with Texas Stadium gone.

The M-Band marched in the '88 Gilmer yam festival during year two of the DP. Gigs were tough. Good times, go Gilmer.

Gilmer laid it on Abeline Wylie last night. Lots of mossy oak camo gear among the Gilmer bunch. Several visitors saw my SMU hat and remarked what a beautiful stadium and campus...

that's what I was just thinking. gets the kids who may not otherwise look at us, at least in to see the facilities. heck, may help with walk-ons too.
