Stallion, edited this for ya:
Under no circumstances will Mike coach in the Alamo Bowl on Saturday. I can assure you of that. 10 minutes ago from web Was told the courtroom is like a nightclub with one in and one out policy being set by the guards in attendance. 14 minutes ago from web Mike Leach is apparently not in attendance at his hearing right now although we have heard he is back in Lubbock. 18 minutes ago from web The courtroom is packed from wall to wall right now and the hearing has yet to begin. There are 30-40 folks waiting to get in. 20 minutes ago from web Make no mistake Mike wants to remain as Tech's head coach but at a certain point these two parties can't continue to coexist. 39 minutes ago from web The Leach hearing has been delayed t0 10:30am and get this, it's open to the public! Wow, this is all very surreal right now. 40 minutes ago from web Was just told from someone at the press conference at the Cotton Bowl that Nutt/Gundy were asked about Mike Leach's situation. about 2 hours ago from web I wonder if anyone even cares about this game on Saturday anymore? about 2 hours ago from web Im told more is going to come out on the whole situation and it could be soon. It looks like the Adam James stuff is just part of it. about 2 hours ago from Echofon Make no mistake, if Mike wins this hearing this morning Texas Tech will let him go shortly thereafter. Being widely reported now. about 2 hours ago from Echofon WR coach Lincoln Riley has gone on record now as sayin that Adam James is unbelievably lazy and entitled. about 3 hours ago from Echofon If Mike Leach wins his hearing this morning (which we don't expect) then things will get very interesting. about 3 hours ago from Echofon I have been told from more than one lawyer that it is highly unlikely that Leach will win this hearing tomorrow and be allowed to coach Sat. about 15 hours ago from web I've been asked who's at fault in this ordeal and my answer is: everyone. It is the institution of TX Tech that will suffer the most though. about 15 hours ago from web No truth to the rumor that Adam James was seeking a transfer to SMU and was denied this by Leach because Leach would've granted it. about 15 hours ago from web Okay, so Mike Leach will find out tomorrow around 9am or so if he'll be coaching his team on Saturday. Stay tuned. about 18 hours ago from web Talking to Rick Hill of the @ valeroalamobowl earlier an he indicated that the crowd on Saturday is expected to be near a sellout. about 21 hours ago from Echofon Brandon Smith, Urell Johnson and Beau Carpenter have all been talked to and are good. about 22 hours ago from Echofon I can confirm that Mike Leach is still in San Antonio and doesn't plan to leave until Sunday. about 22 hours ago from Echofon Just spoke with Lincoln Riley and he said he's going to do the best he can with play calling on Saturday

chris level says unlikely to get a ruling at hearing. Judge will likely issue a decision later in the day.
Makes sense.
At no point in your rambling, incoherent response were you even close to anything that could be considered a rational thought. Everyone in this room is now dumber for having listened to it. I award you no points, and may God have mercy on your soul.

yeah but then level says the judge will prepare a written order & file it...won't he just sign one of the proposed orders submitted by either Tech or Liggett? If so, could just be as long as it takes everyone to get out of the courtroom

He'll likely just conform one of the proposed orders to his ruling by simply marking it up and signing it. State court judges rarely write their own orders.

It seems like Leach is forcing TTech by filing the TRO and backing them into a corner. He should have just keep his mouth shut and let the process work itself out. Now I understand TTech is saying that he will not coach the game either way. Meaning if he gets the TRO granted they fire him before the game (and probably before Friday).

That dude's twit says Sonny Dykes already called him campaigning for the job. Leach's body isn't even cold yet!

Does Leach's firing mean we don't get the thrill of a TRO hearing?
