Deadline for underclassmen to declare is 1/15

Maybe, maybe not. Traditionally speaking, the one position that can transition faster than most is RB because it's a rhythm type of position. And these non-mid year guys are showing up for unsupervised workouts in early June so they basically have 3 months of college work in them by the time the season starts.

Again, I'm inferring Fields is the guy, but let's make sure he has signed on Feb. 3.
