Many, many years ago, there was an article about sports broadcasting, then all and only radio, in "Boy's Life," the BSA magazine.

One of the main points was to talk, talk, and keep talking if you ever got a microphone. True then I guess, and true today. Unfortunately it is apparently true for many (most) newscasts as well as sports.

Eric Dickerson HAS made a lot of progress this year. Give him a break.
