Not sure the TCU experience means better preparation for an NFL career but rather better evaluation of athletic talent. Usually TU gets it's crop from the four and five star prospects which are highly publicised while TCU has been out beating the bushes for the guys who are relatively unknown. The nice thing about that is that there is so much talent in Texas high schools that good relations with the HS coaches and shrewd and thorough evaluation of the possibles can yield some players with outstanding potential. Gives us hope at SMU in spite of the advantages the "big boys" have.
