At Taco place on Peak.
Fun guy and doing well in Commercial R.E.

The industry is slow but he is selling and leasing properties to make a living. I do not think anyone is getting rich right now, but the future is bright.

A great guy who didn't get his full due at SMU. I wish him well in his commercial real estate ventures.
