Oh and I did really want to meet up with you... but that night I was actually, no joke, working. Had one of my Austin staffers in house (my apartment) as we were working on updated spreadsheets for the LA folk.

The booze was flowing late.... and we finished up with 10 minutes to spare before the bars closed. I hit the sack and my buddy headed the half block back to his apt.

It's like college in my 'hood here. The five people I hang out with the most (and this was true before we all one by one moved here) live within a block of each other. And how awesome is it that I got to offer one of them a job!???!? (Oh, and I'll note we are all from different universities.)
