I hear that USC is appealing the NCAA penalty to the NCAA at large. Didn't we do that and we got a bigger penalty that we would have gotten from the infractions committee?
UNC better keep that Ram away from Peruna

the problem for them is that by appealing the decision, they're delaying the inevitable.

Don't know if the penalties can be increased, but the NCAA toughened its standards so it is harder to win a reduction of penalties on appeal.
