Just said that this new proposed TV deal gives the Big 12 light significant life and that the money is on the level of the SEC deal. Went on to say that Arkansas has put feelers out into coming over to the B12.

They'd be idiots to leave the stability and continued financial benefits that the SEC will undoubtedly have for the Big 12 at this point. But this is Arkansas we're talking about, so who knows?
