God had restored my ankle.

I tire of this American genie-God.

May the same God now show he favors SMU by renewing Batch's injury! If so, my Shinto ways will be no more. Satisfy my demands, oh great genie!

Stories of faith are far more inspirational when the miracle is the human drive to believe in something greater than himself, rather than a healing which so few actually enjoy.

Praise the crippled for their faith, for it lies not in a genie, but in true devotion to the divine.

Baron also is writing a weekly column for the Midland Newspaper. The paper did this a few years ago with another highly touted Midland player, Eric Winston, duirng his senior year at Miami. Baron is a good person, I hope he has a succesful year starting next week.
