Trust me, there will be no "brain storming" session with Leach.

Both these guys have huge egos - it comes with the job - and think of themselves as offensive geniuses. No one tells a genius what to do with his offense. I'm sure JJ was helpful to Leach when Leach was a nobody, but not now.

I guarantee you both bristle when people say their offenses are similar. The amazing thing is how similar both are as coaches and people. Both are eccentric, have diverse interests outside of football, never want to have fan-friendly scrimmages or spring games, and other than a few interview commitments they don't want anything to do with the media.
