Usually a thug is someone who steals or assaults someone. I don't think not paying a ticket puts someone in the category of a thug. "An arrest is never good, but try not to get too worked up about this. The charge is a simple misdemeanor driving offense and could be a situation where Montgomery forgot to take care of a citation or was a simple misunderstanding."
