Margus got chopped twice, we it was called it wasn't bad. In the 3rd quarter though he was engaged high, then that guard dropped his helmet through the side of his knee. hope they all heal quick.

Great athletes make great coaches make great teams. Hunt is a phenominal athlete which means good news for the Mustang coaches. Jones is a phenominal coach, which means good news for the Mustang Nation! Pony up! Navy is just a bump in the road. Lets go get Houston, UTEP, Tulane, Marshall and E. Carolina and put this CUSA West title in the trophy case. Go Mustangs!

Hunt had a coming out party....

We sat in the navy section and he was unblockable and in the backfield pretty much all day...they rarely optioned to his side....

Navy fans were speechless after seeing his size and speed...

The defensive line wore braces all week in practice, to get used to wearing them yesterday.

Unfortunatly, with their blocking schemes and with their difficulty blocking Hunt anyway, you know chop blocks are going to happen. It so dangerous to run a 'cut' block scheme in the trenches and should be outlawed as it just leads to players like Hunt, getting chop blocked in the normal course of action during the game because of double teaming and could result in major kneee injuries.
Hunt was everywhere out there yesterday and can see him really developing into a major force. He was even staying low shedding off blocks , which is hard for those 6'8 linemen. He is really getting it now.
